Praise & Worship:

We've usually associated Praise & Worship music with acoustic & acoustic/electric guitars, but today's worship music is likely to welcome electric guitars, too, as well as mandolins, ukuleles, bass, banjo, etc.  We have some great choices in all those categories & unbeatable prices. THE "ALAMO HEIGHTS" DREADNOUGHT. Completely hand made by Christian luthier from Bandera, Texas, Neil Peterson. Neil tells us that this guitar is number 50 for him, and his experience shows; his work is very clean and this is the best yet. The back and sides are made from mesquite wood that was harvested locally from a yard in Alamo Heights and it is especially pretty with a bit of subtle figuring. The top is made from "sinker redwood" that was  retrieved from the depths of Lake Michigan after being submerged for generations giving it both a distinct look and an open robust tone. The comfortable C shaped mahogany neck with Honduran rosewood fingerboard has a 1 & 11/16" nut width and a 24.9" scale. Neil's signature inlays include the abalone star and the Christian fish symbol on the truss rod cover. $2,450.00 w/case
